Having researched a lot of possible Stair Handrails that all required cutting and tapping holes in steel tube it was a relief to find a supplier who did all that hard work for you and avoided the need to spend a lot of money on special tooling. All you need is a hammer drill and a masonary bit. I used my own preferred Anchor Bolts but that's just my preference. The finished installation looks very professional and is very sturdy. It has received high praise from all who have seen and used it.

The installer said it was easy to setup My wife and it all the time very sturdy sets off the new steps and completes the work in the garden

I was pleased with the delivery, only 3 days. It is very well made, it is heavy, just really in good condition. So far I have not been able to get anyone to erect it. waiting for someone to put it up this week. So I can let you know later.

We wanted a side fixed handrail, something I found not readily available. Costing a bespoke side fixed handrail resulted with quotes of £800 plus. Buying this handrail and having it modified gave us the required result at a cost which has been significantly more acceptable than the bespoke version cost.

This is the 3nd rail I've purchased and I had to have it cut down to size as it was too long and the small one was too short. The engineering firm cut off 350 ml and tig welded the ends back on. Can't tell its been modified. The original one I installed without modification did not tighten up sufficiently and a disabled friend nearly fell down the steps when grabbing the top near the ball connecter. I have know used a steel epoxy glue and this has made the rail very sturdy and I would highly recommend this as I would not feel safe without it. The 2nd smaller one I purchased had some parts missing but was eventually supplied along with all the other fixings. A bit of translation mix up but no bubbles and very polite emails.

Easy to assemble, found the sleeve anchors a little small, thus purchased some heavier ones, however very pleased with the installation, will be recommending to a fried who viewed our installation yesterday

Easy to install, looks like it will last well as very sturdy. Hardest part was drilling the holes for the fixings.

We have three levels in our large rear garden. There are three 1.5 metre wide sets of steps. My legs were damaged in a car crash 7 years ago and my partner is recovering from a serious medical condition. Having the handrails fitted to the 3 sets of steps not only offers far greater safety it also, as a friend stated, it looks so professional.

Whilst the basic hand rail is good, the screw to fit it to the floor are weak, and not fit for purpose. I had to purchase suitable shield anchors from Screwfix to complete the fitting of the rail. Similarly the link on the two sections of the top rail does not tighten very effectively.
