We adopt the UPS Ground, DHL Ground, GLS only ship your orders within United Kingdom.

 UPS Ground : Shipping Time 2-6 business days.

 DHL Ground : Shipping Time 2-6 business days.

 GLS: Shipping Time 2-6 business days.

DHL Heavy Cargoes: Shipping Time 5-10 business days.

About Modification

Once your payment is completed, please inform by phone or E-mail if any modification is needed before we dispatch your package.

The customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by address alternation if contact is made after item has been dispatched.


International Purchase

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping charges. International buyers should be responsible for these charges.



Return Policy

Every single product is backed by a 12-months Warranty and a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Special circumstances will be listed clearly in the listing.

Satisfying Guarantee for Every Purchase

Dear customer, please contact us if you are not satisfied with a product before applying for return or refund. A prompt exchange should be issued within 30 days of delivery in original packaging and with proof of purchase from Vevor.


Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, any the damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it's related to man-made damage. If your item has been damaged in transit or become faulty in warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.


  1. All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
  3. The same warranty is provided for replaced products as the returned ones.

  2. Stick the shipping label we offered on the outer
  3. Refund would be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition.
